Cape to Cape Diem



Heading south from WA's Cape Naturaliste, Cape Leeuwin bound, the Indian Ocean keeps company with you and the granite gneiss --not so recently of India, while the foot's impulse is to keep going, the eye's penchant is to drink in the ocean and the flora. The rocky promontory suggests a mythic sleep, the banksia fine graphic drama. Here are stories waiting for their day.

Eye Lights in Udaipur

 Why are the eyes, light's principal doorway to the nervous system, sometimes conceived as emitters of radiance?   In any case night vision and visibility  is fine thing in any Udaipur tuk-tuk, and this one, with its three sets of eyes is a charming wink to the goddess.
