It is surmise on my part that this fellow, who has recently arrived in Huntingdon County, is a charcoal burrner, but perhaps just a bundle bearer, with a romantic disposition, or so his eyes suggest. The odd thing though is that he is being shadowed by a Santon devil. That they are both following Bart Brassica is something Bart is oblivious too, though all this may be the pure imagination on my part, seeing being so unreliable.
